What is TrainersAdvice?

Trainers Advice is an on-line store where you can find ready-made training and teambuilding programs to use in your work and development. The training programs include session outlines, PowerPoint Presentations, training plans and handouts according to each specific topic covered by training. Team building programs include various activities, icebreakers and exercises on various subjects for personal and professional use.

How is the training package delivered?

As soon as your payment has been confirmed you will receive a link to download instantly the purchased materials. Click on the link and in a matter of minutes you will have the desired materials in the form of a “.zip” package. Make sure you have the necessary program to “unzip” the documents.

How can I change or cancel my order?

You can always delete a product from your cart before proceeding to checkout. If you have checked out but not yet payed for the product, you may return again to your account and proceed shopping. If you have already payed for the product and downloaded the material please contact us at hello@trainersadvice.com to discuss your individual case.

What should I do if I have a problem with an order?

No matter what problem or difficulty you are having please contact us at  hello@trainersadvice.com to find a solution as soon as possible.

How is the payment done?

You can make a payment with a Paypal balance, credit card or bank account. The payment process is managed securely by Paypal – your sensitive financial information are securely stored on their servers without ever seeing your financial information.

How do I place an order?

Nothing easier. Choose a product by either clicking directly on the product image “Add to cart” or on the product description page select add to cart. When you have all the desired materials in the cart, select “Proceed to Checkout”. If you are already a member, login with your user name and password and continue by selecting the proffered method of payment. Finish by clicking “Place Order” and completing the payment for the products selected.

If you do not have an account yet, select “Account” from the Main Menu and continue by filling in the necessary information for purchasing our products. Your order will be saved automatically as you create an account so you may continue purchasing, following the steps described above.

Are my data safe and secure?

When you pay with PayPal, we don’t have access to your financial information at all. Plus, thousands of online stores offer PayPal.

Paypal automatically encrypts all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers. In transit, information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).

To help safeguard you against identity theft, every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.

What programs do I need to view the product I just purchased?

In order to view and use the materials for your training you will need a text processing software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Open Office Text Document) for the Training Plan, Trainers Notes and Handouts and a presentation software (e.g. Microsoft PowerPoint,  Open Office Presentation) for the slide show presentation.

Can I change or edit the materials after purchasing them?

You are free to modify the course materials as you wish, edit them to your personal needs, over and over again, with no restrictions. You may delete, add, import, cut, copy and so on as often and as many times as you need to. Just remember you are not allowed to sell the materials you purchased from Trainers Advice to third parties.
